Steps to Take in an Emergency

Call for Help Immediately:

Dial your local emergency number (e.g., 112 in India) or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Provide the operator with your location and describe the symptoms clearly and calmly.

Administer First Aid:

If the person is unconscious and not breathing, begin CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) if you are trained.

Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) if available and if you are trained to do so.

Stay Calm and Provide Support:
